General data protection regulations have changed. We need to get your permission to continue to hold your personal data and inform you of your individual rights under the new legislation. We require you to opt in to be able to hold your personal data, however certain information is required to fulfil our contractual obligations as detailed below.

We hold an amount of personal data on you which includes:

Your Name, Address, Emergency Contact number, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender, Handicap, Bank Details (there may be more the club requests).

We use the information above to fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a member, to send your annual subscription renewal and to process competitions. We share this information with ClubV1, BRS and other Membership Administration Systems, but your personal data is administered internally by the Club's data controller who adheres to the Club's internal data protection policy and procedures.

We may wish to share your information with our Professional and his staff so that they may send you information about their products and services by email. If you agree, please tick the box below. In order to play in Club competitions, the minimum requirement is to consent to the Club sharing information with the Professional and to be contacted via email and mobile phone.
